  4. Fill in the required details such as "Driver", "Vehicle Plate No", "Date", "Mileage", and select the appropriate "Service Vehicle Type".
  5. Proceed to fill in the inspection checklists for different sections such as Lighting, Brake System, Engine, etc.
  6. Upload any relevant images of the vehicle.
  7. Save the record.

Notes:

  • The "Trailer No" field is automatically fetched from associated trip details.
  • Ensure to fill in the inspection details accurately to maintain proper vehicle maintenance records.
  • Use the checklist sections to systematically inspect various components of the service vehicle.
  • The "Service Vehicle Type" field helps in categorizing and organizing the inspection records based on the type of service vehicle.
